 Hi, I'm Dr. Ashley Nicklas.

I'm the founder of Luminovate Solutions and someone who has spent my entire career helping people learn, grow, and lead with confidence. My background spans corporate leadership, enablement, education, training, and professional development. These experiences have shaped how I approach leadership, team development, and instructional design. I believe deeply in the power of clarity, empathy, and practical tools to help people move forward with purpose, no matter how fast our world continues to change.

At Luminovate Solutions, I design learning experiences that build capability and spark real transformation. Whether I’m leading a workshop, consulting on instructional design, or speaking to a room full of leaders, my goal is always the same: make learning feel accessible, energizing, and grounded in research. My research in adult learning theory and andragogy continues to guide the way I create programs that truly resonate with how adults learn and apply new skills.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve built synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences that help teams communicate better, adapt faster, and perform at a higher level. I strive to deliver high‑impact speaking engagements for teams, leaders and personal development communities. My sessions blend motivational energy with actionable insights, covering topics like leadership, team performance, empowerment, and personal growth. Every event or learning opportunity that I lead is designed to spark change, equip people with practical tools, and leave a lasting impact long after the session ends.

At my core, I’m a coach, communicator, and strategist who believes that investing in people is the most powerful innovation any organization can make. I love helping leaders and teams navigate complexity with clarity and confidence, and I’m committed to creating learning experiences that truly make a difference.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband, James, and our precious angel fur baby, Mia. We like to have fun on the beach or in the snow and everywhere in between. We love to travel together and experience new things.
